At Christos Furs, we are dedicated to making sure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@christosfurs.com so we can personally assist you. Our goal is always to take care of you in the best way possible, and in most cases, we are able to offer store credit or a replacement item when the returned piece is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


To begin a return, simply contact us and we’ll provide you with the necessary instructions before sending any item back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. We also ask that you carefully inspect your order upon arrival and notify us right away if there are any issues such as damage, defects, or an incorrect item so we can make things right quickly.
